DcH-A

Je-Dan“s Allan du Arak de Bale

father: Arak du Colombophile

mother: Oud Sabbinge Hera v. Bart

Allan was my first Malinois bought in Denmark. He was mostly trained by my former husband, and that“s also why, he stayed there, when we were divorced. Allan was a big and wonderful male out of mixed working- and showlines.

BHP 1, 2, 3, IPO 1, 2, 3

Oud Sabbinge Laika v. Kasius

father: Kasius des Deux Pottois

mother: Tasca-Sofie van de Oudenakker

Laika was my malinois-female out of workinglines. Laika was the first danish-bred FEMALE, to obtain all 6 working-exams: IPO 1+2+3 og BHP 1+2+3.
Laika passed the exams for IPO 1+2 in a young age. Then she got problems with her breathing, and the veterinarian concluded, that she had astmatic broncitis, so training with her more or less stopped. By a change of veterinarian later due to a movement, it came out, that Laika“s throat was too narrow. She had surgery, when she was 7 years old, and then training was regained on full time. Laika passed the exams for IPO 3 and BHP 1+2+3, when she was 9 years old.
She was put to sleep because of a haemorrhage in the brain at the age of 12 years.

Casfan Enya

father: Mischa-Dylan van de Lamar

mother: Olympia-Gaļa of Dark Brightness

Enya was my first Tervueren. Enya "chose" me, when she was 5 weeks old by biting my nose and looking very cheeky at her ;-) and I was sold to this little girl.
Enya was a very friendly and sociable female, both with people but also with other animals.
Enya was mentally very strong and very eager to learn. She had the right strength and a good firm bite, which made me choose to train her for IPO. We called her our "longhaired malinois".
Unfortunately Enya began to limp on her hindleg, when she was around 11 months old. Training with her stopped, and we were hoping, that it was because she was still growing. But it did not get better.
Enya was x-rayed, and result was B/C. The last time before the x-ray, and while we were waiting for the result from DKK, Enya showed us very clearly, that she was in pain. This is why, the difficult decision was made to give her peace.

Wara le Bosseur

father: Odin le Bosseur
mother: Querella le Bosseur

Wara was out of the bloodlines from Deux Pottois, which I had wanted, since I had Laika. Wara was picked up in Austria, when she was 8 weeks old in january 2005.
She showed an enormous potential as a workingdog already as a small puppy. I started to train her for the IPO-programme.
Unfortunately did Wara already as a young dog run into some problems with gathering of fluids in the shoulder. Then the training was stopped for long periods of time. She was x-rayed on hips and elbows, where she got the best result possible - HD: A/A and ED:0/0. Further she got her eyes tested clear for 13 different eye-diseases.
Wara surprised us very much, when she in october 2006 participated at the international show in Rostock, Germany. She was out of workinglines, so she was definately not a typical showdog. But she ended up becoming BOB with CAC and CACIB and gained the title ROSG06 (Rostock Sieger 2006).
Since december 2007 has Wara been very sick. She had much diarrhoe, and there was blood in it. She was put on dietfood and got some medication. This only helped for a few weeks, then it was bad again. Many examinations were done, and the diagnose was cronical inflammation in the intestine.
Wara was put on another kind of medication, but unfortunately with the same result. After a few weeks had she again diarrhoe with blood in. Other types of medication was tried - also with the same result. Further had she lost quite some weight during the time of sickness.
In may it was decided in consultation with the veterinarians, that it was best to give Wara peace, because her condition could not be improved or relieved.
She is strongly missed! Honour to her memory!
